Tartarcheck Plus: Tartaric stability meter in wines

Tartarcheck Plus is a tool for controlling tartaric stability that allows you to evaluate how much to stabilize, saving on the process and ensuring product quality. It is based on the principle of accelerating the precipitation of THK by adding excess in the form of fine crystals.
The precipitation kinetics is performed by measuring the electrical conductivity of the sample, which depends on the ions in solution and therefore not yet precipitated, in a thermostated chamber whose temperature follows a predefined time profile, using a Peltier effect heat pump controlled by a microcomputer.
It has the technical characteristics to be a functional asset for the technological and digital transformation of companies according to the “Industry 4.0” model.
It does not require other external elements to function.
