Consisting of:

three Pyrex glass boilers with PTFE tap for automatic draining
glass structure with condenser to fall according to OIV regulations
sectioned bubbler to allow perfect sanitization of the device

The extraction air is automatically blown through three autonomous pumps; the flow is regulated and controlled through three panel flow meters.
