Fully automatic Rapid Distiller for determining Alcohol in wines, musts and its derivatives and in spirits. Compliant with O.I.V. regulation.

The instrument has been designed with a compact design to minimize the space occupied in the laboratory.
The distillation times are extremely fast: in 4 minutes you get the 100 ml needed for the analysis of wines and musts and in 6 minutes the 200 ml needed for spirits.

Heating system capable of ensuring, in exceptionally short times, the extraction of alcohol from the matrix in which it is dissolved. The sample matrix can be of any type, since the instrument is an “open distillation vessel”, a condition that greatly simplifies the sample preparation, washing and cleaning phases after the distillation has been completed.
All wearable parts are easily accessible and replaceable even by non-specialized personnel, thus simplifying ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations.
The supporting structure of the instrument, entirely in 1.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, always keeps it in perfect functional and aesthetic conditions.
