History

Exacta Labcenter Spa was founded in 1974 by Alessandrini Gian Amico.
Since then, the company has grown exponentially, becoming a point of reference in Italy and abroad for the supply of instrumentation, consumables and chemical products for the analysis laboratory.

Here are the historical phases:

• 1974 – Foundation “ALESSANDRINI Gian Amico”
• 1980 – Alessandrini Research and Control Instruments s.n.c. by G. Amico Alessandrini & C.
• 1990 – ALESSANDRIN instrumentation S.p.a.
• 1996 – Partnership ALESSANDRINI STRUMENTAZIONE S.p.a. – ARREDI TECNICI CASARIN S.r.l.
• 1996 – Partnership ALESSANDRINI STRUMENTAZIONE S.p.a. – TECHNICAL FURNITURE CASARIN S.r.l.
• 2002 – Partnership with EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter S.p.a. – LLG Gmbh
• 2006 – EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter S.p.a. incorporates Ing. C. Bullio S.r.l.
• 2007 – Commercial distribution and logistics agreement with AVANTOR Inc.
• 2016 – National Distribution Agreement with Honeywell Inc.
• 2022 –  EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter S.p.a. obtains ALKIMIA S.r.l.
• 2024 – Rebranding EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter Spa becomes Exacta Labcenter Spa
